i’ve undergone glucose test for checking sugar level in blood (7th month running)they called me today from the lab n said its showing slightly increased levels n wanted to repeat the test 2moro morning(fasting blood sugar).i jus hope it shows normal.however i wanted to know how does that affect baby…is there any danger while delivering the baby also what precautions im supposed to take?..please help!

on the sides of my two thumbs pealing occurs regularly. and ever since my immunity has been very low according to the doctor. anytime i take blood tonic, beverages or coke i have terrible body pains that make me so weak and results into having boils at times. my blood sugar level is normal according to the fasting blood sugar tests which i have done. also i lost weight ever since and my father is diabetic. could it be related to diabetes and not be diabetes? so what is the solution

I am diabetic for the past 3 years and South Indian aged 37. My Fasting Blood Sugar in Morning is always in the range of 150 – 200. But the Random Sugar level in evening drops down to the range of 100 – 150 with out any medication when tested 6 hrs after a normal south Indian Lunch and sugarless Tea in between. I check the sugar levels at Lab weekly once. My daily diet is Light breakfast, Normal Rice Lunch and Dinner with Chappathi avoiding Sweet items.
Is it normal to have high Sugar level in Morning?Please advise.

My fasting blood sugar is 105-115 mg…and 2 hours after eating is 165 mg…i am over weight 229 pounds,,and i am 185 cm hight,,,and i,m 44 years..BMI is 29 ,,,i dont want to use diabetic medications!! what should i do??

and she tested again after two hours of eating a meal and the result was 317. is that normal????

if I have not had a bowel movement in a day or so, and I get the pressure feel, my sugar is elevated. my normal fasting blood sugar is 106 – today it was 145, re-did it was 154. went to the bathroom. 15 minutes later the sugar was 115. could lack of bowel activity raise the sugar?

My fasting blood sugar upon waking has been running anywhere between 107 and 152. Averaging more han 130. Should a person have a stable fasting blood sugar reading? Or is this normal?

I am diabetic,controled with diet and exercise and worry every time my blood sugar is higher than normal. I also take lots of prescription and non prescription medicines and recently my fasting blood sugar went up about 25 points and has remained there for over a week.

Why is it when i go to the docs, my urine test come back with sugar…that they are always worried about…..yet my blood sugar doesnt go over 130 even after eating a big meal? My fasting blood sugar is in the 90’s. I dunno, but it seems im in normal range but Ive was put on metformin a year ago, yet my urine tests are not favorable and they want to increase my dosage. I will do it to prevent it getting worse but am I or am I not within a normal range? I do plan to ask my doc next appointment but wanted to hear any ideas………. ty

If it is 110 for 36 age male is it high, normal or going to be high?
