<p>I&#8217;m NOT a diagnosed diabetic, I&#8217;ve just been keeping an eye on my blood sugar levels recently.</p>
<p>This morning, I ate breakfast. I have a cup of tea (3 sugars) and 2 pieces of wholemeal toast.</p>
<p>2 Hours later, I checked my blood glucose levels and it was at 5.9.</p>
<p>Is this normal?<br />

I should mention she&#8217;s got bladder/urinary problems also (spastic bladder).<br />
