i was wondering if anyone could help with that

I am diabetic and have decided to check my daughters blood sugar level because she has been a little crankier than normal and has spit up alot the past couple days. She is 7 weeks old tomorrow. I am asking because I know what a normal adult range is, but I also know that a newborn has a lower range than an adult and need to know what the range is at her age now. (And yes, if she gets worse I will take her to the doctor)

I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes last year at the age of 27. I am on pills but not insulin. I can’t seem to keep my blood sugar levels down no matter how hard I try.

The doctor I went to said I can live as long as anyone else, and shouldn’t go blind or anything as long as I keep it controlled. Will it be a hassle? Any thoughts?

Hello, can anyone tell me if I should be concerned of a blood sugar level of 55 out of a range of 65 to 99. Is that considered hypoglycemia?

I’ve had diabetes this entire pregnancy and my levels have been hard to control. Somewhat under control now (still can go higher at some points) and I’m 35 weeks pregnant. All my son’s scans and my blood tests came back normal. They say he *looks* fine and is growing great, but won’t know all the nuerological details until he is born. Has anyone out there HAD or known someone with poorly controlled diabetes in their pregnancy and had a completely healthy, normal, happy baby? This has got me so worried.
