Blood sugar is normal but I feel nauseated & dehydrated. I tested for ketones & the result was trace/small.?
I’m not throwing up & can tolerate food but I had pancreatitis w/DKA last year & this almost feels the same, w/out the high blood sugar. should I be concerned about ketones with normal blood sugar levels?
