I have a blood sugar problem and my count has to stay between 80 and 110 , so 90 sounds good, but it also depends on the person.
A blood sugar (glucose) level of 65-99 is considered normal. From 100 to 124, you are considered pre-diabetic. You have diabetes if you are over 124…

The normal fasting blood glucose of a non-diabetic is 70-110. Normal, Doctors don’t usually lie to you!
Normal is about 70-110 maybe a little higher depending on if you just ate.
I am hypoglycemic so that means that my blood sugar level gets really low. It drops under the 70′s sometimes 60′s.
90 is pretty perfect in my opinion. Especially since you were fasting. Your body is doing what it is supposed to do by keeping your blood sugar regulated even without ingesting any sugar. If I were to fast for a long period of time my level would drop unlike yours that stays normal.
a “good” blood sugar for me (a diabetic) is 80-120. 90 is fine, I’d only be worried if it drops below 60 or rises above 250.
