if you ate breakfast in the morning at around 8:20am, and you had your blood taken and the glucose serum came?
out to be 102 when the normal fasting blood sugar level should be ranged from 70-99, does this mean that i’m on my way to type 2 diabetes? please explain in details…thanks everyone, i am 20 year old
guy..
the blood test was taken at around lunch time which was at 1:40pm or earlier but not before 1pm.
take it before the best someone said below here…if it comes out high? whats considered high???

You were not fasting so you can’t compare your level with the normal fasting levels. Yours was post prandial and normal for this range. So your not diabetic on that result
102 is normal if you took your blood sugar level after you ate. Take it BEFORE you eat anything, if it comes out high then you need to see a doctor so further tests can be done.
